Details: 

Member Churches and Chapels for the South Central Baptist Association are encouraged to attend the Semi-Annual meeting. Church's and Chapel's are empowered to send three messengers to represent kingdom interests.

Per the Association's Constitution and Bylaws, the format of the meeting is to be administered consistent with Robert's Rules of Order. To aid efficient administration of the meeting the following aids are provided.

• Proposed Meeting Agenda

COVID Notes:

The meeting will be hybrid-hosted in person and by online meeting. In-person participants are to exercise social distancing measures. If unable to maintain 6-feet distances, participants are  encouraged to wear face coverings.
